3. BIG Problems With Hiring an Agent

There’s a built in problem with hiring a real estate
agent to sell your property that I really think you should
know about.

If you go around hiring an agent to sell your
property, I know exactly what’s going to happen – I know
because I’ve done it lots of times myself. The agent is
going to present himself/herself in pretty much 3
different ways –

1. He/She’s going to be serious. I mean really
serious. The agent’s doing this because he
wants you to think that he’s all business and
he’ll work really hard for you.

He/She just wants the listing.

2. He/She’s going to be a jovial/likeable kind of
person. The agent’s doing this because he
wants to be thought of as a friend…He/She
may even take you out to lunch or dinner.

He/She just wants the listing.
