2. Problems with the Commission System 2

Again - Why would you pay anybody when you
could probably do a better job by yourself??

Okay, let’s say you’re a relatively wealthy
homeowner and you don’t have a $100,000 house, but a
$1,000,000 house that you’re selling. You’re still going to
pay that 7% commission to have the house sold. This
time, you’re going to pay $70,000 in commissions to an
agent!!

Now, some of you may be thinking that’s it’s harder
to sell a million dollar house than it is to sell a $100,000
house. Take it from me – it’s not. In my opinion, it’s
actually easier to sell a higher priced house than it is to
sell a lower priced house. No agent would dare tell you
that – they want you to think that selling higher priced
houses is harder than selling lower priced houses (hey,
they want you think they’re worth that 70K, right?).

A lot of agents will tell you that they’re worth the
big commissions because “they know some buyers with
deep pockets.” They may, but we’ll show you how you can
use the same resources agents use to find the “buyers
with deep pockets.”
